Yes! Sessions are non-refundable, but you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. When you do, you’ll receive a credit on your account that can be used to re-book anytime. If you’re sick, we’re happy to offer flexible rescheduling.
60 minutes — Quick Reset & Refresh
Best for: 1–2 people
Ideal if you’re short on time or want a focused sauna + cold plunge experience. With one or two people, you can move efficiently through heat and cold and still leave feeling refreshed and clear-headed. For larger groups, 60 minutes often feels rushed.
90 minutes — Intentional Recovery (Most Popular)
Best for: 2–4 people
This is the sweet spot for most guests. It allows time to rotate comfortably between sauna and cold plunge, rest between rounds, and actually feel your nervous system slow down—without watching the clock. Great for friends, couples, or small groups.
120 minutes — Full Immersion
Best for: groups or anyone wanting a slow, unhurried experience
Perfect for larger groups or anyone who wants to fully disconnect. This session gives everyone space to move at their own pace, linger between rounds, and settle into deep recovery without feeling rushed. Ideal for high stress, burnout, celebrations, or intentional restoration.
Each session includes one guest by default. You’re welcome to bring additional guests for $12 per person, up to 4 people total per session. All guests must be included at booking.
There’s no single “right” way to use the space. The best approach is to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
For a well-rounded experience, many guests choose contrast therapy, alternating between heat and cold. A simple starting routine looks like this:
• Infrared sauna: 15–20 minutes
• Cold plunge: 1–3 minutes
• Repeat: 2–3 cycles
You can finish on a cold plunge for energy and recovery, or end in the sauna or hot tub for deeper relaxation.
Beyond contrast therapy, the space is yours to use intentionally. Many guests also enjoy:
- Journaling or quiet reflection
- Prayer or meditation
- Resting in the lounge area between cycles
However you choose to use the space, the goal is the same — rest, reset, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Peak times fill quickly, so we recommend booking 3-5 days in advance. You can book up to 3 months in advance.

A private, outdoor environment designed for comfort and relaxation
We also offer a changing space in the lobby of our sauna. However, if you plan on leaving the space in wet clothes, we do recommend you bring your own towel for your car.
No experience is required. Whether it’s your first time or part of your routine, the space is designed to be approachable and used at your comfort level.
