Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policy
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or credited if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for credit or refund.
- Sick Day Credits
- We understand that illness can happen unexpectedly. Each client may use up to 3 sick day credits per calendar year for cancellations due to sickness—no 24-hour notice required.
- To apply for a sick day credit, notify us within 3 days of the missed session.
- Any additional illness-related cancellations beyond this allowance will follow the standard cancellation policy.
- Sick day credits can be applied toward rescheduling sessions only; they are not redeemable for cash or refunds.
- Outdoor & Weather Policy
- Sessions are held outdoors, and clients may attend in light rain at their own discretion. If they would prefer to have their session in better weather, they must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Clients acknowledge that outdoor surfaces (pavers, stairs, decks, and pathways) may become slippery or uneven when wet. Participation in outdoor sessions during wet conditions is at the client’s own risk.
- Equipment such as the sauna and cold plunge is safe to use in rain; however, clients should exercise caution on all outdoor surfaces.
- In cases of severe weather (storms, lightning, high winds, ice, severely low temperatures), management may cancel sessions for safety. Clients affected by weather-related cancellations will receive full credit toward rescheduling.
Clients will be notified as soon as possible, typically a few hours before the scheduled session, if a session is canceled due to unsafe weather.
